Do you take a percentage of chargebacks we win?
No. Cloud plans are a flat monthly price per store tier. What you recover stays yours.
Is Rebutdesk really open source?
Yes. The core is licensed under AGPL-3.0, and the Stripe and PayPal chargeback workflow, live chat and AI drafting belong to that core, not to a paid tier. Paid plugins add other payment processors and enterprise features.
Which payment processors are supported?
Stripe and PayPal are built in. Authorize.net, NMI, Adyen, Checkout.com, Braintree and Square are planned as paid plugins.
Do I pay per agent?
No. Each plan includes a number of agents. Self-hosted has no limits at all.
