The $250 cap and what it means
The cap protects large orders: on a $2,000 dispute, 20% would be $400, but you pay $250. For stores with smaller orders the cap rarely applies and the 20% share is the price.

Does Rebutdesk work with Shopify Payments disputes?
Not yet. Shopify Payments disputes are handled inside Shopify. A Shopify integration is on the roadmap for later; Stripe and PayPal come first.
