Run Rebutdesk on your own Cloudflare account.

The self-hosted edition is the full open-source product, free, with no limits on agents or cases.

The source repository opens with the public launch. Join the waitlist on the home page to be told first.

What you need

  • A Cloudflare account. Queues and Browser Rendering, used for email processing and evidence PDFs, need the Workers Paid plan.
  • A PostgreSQL database reachable from Cloudflare Hyperdrive, such as Neon, Supabase or your own server.
  • For email: a domain on Cloudflare DNS for Email Routing, or an Amazon SES account. New SES accounts start in a sandbox, and approval can take up to about four days.

Installing

pnpm install
pnpm db:migrate
pnpm --filter @rebutdesk/web build
pnpm --filter @rebutdesk/api deploy

A one-command installer and a Deploy to Cloudflare button are planned for the public launch.

Signing in

Self-hosted Rebutdesk supports email and password, plus Google, GitHub and Microsoft sign-in with your own OAuth apps. When an OAuth provider is configured, the password form is hidden.
