Can Rebutdesk submit disputes automatically like Chargeflow?
Not by design. Rebutdesk assembles the evidence and can stage it on Stripe, but a person submits it. Merchant reviews of automated services often complain about generic responses filed without the store's own evidence.
Can I use both?
Yes. Some stores keep a dispute service for processors Rebutdesk does not cover and use Rebutdesk for support and Stripe or PayPal disputes.
Does Rebutdesk take a share of chargebacks it helps win?
No. Self-hosting is free and cloud plans are a flat monthly price.
