Refund policy

Effective October 27, 2026

Every workspace gets a free 14-day trial before any payment, so you can check that Rebutdesk fits before you pay.

First payment

If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and we will refund it in full. Emailsupport@rebutdesk.com from your account address with your workspace name.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time from Billing in the app and you will not be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Service problems

If an outage on our side kept you from using the service for a significant part of a billing period, contact us and we will credit or refund that period.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, and refunds go back to the original payment method through Creem. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country are not affected by this policy.
